I strongly believe that “Leaders are made, not Born”. It is the time when we as a
concerned citizen need to think to have our hands in developing and exploring the
Demographic perview of the Nation.The biggest desire in humans is to influence others; to
make a difference. And leadership gives this desire the opportunities to propel. The will to
serve and skills to govern is the rarest of rare combination in today’s scenario.
The idea behind the establishment of a Leadership Organization is to change the political
picture of the nation and to sum up the hands of the youths having political mindsets to be a
part of Indian Polity through different aspects and different fields in their life.
When I talk about developing Leadership skills among youth, it implies in all the sectors of
their life ( weather it is political, social or professional ). I strongly believe that Leadership is
required in all the facets of life.
"The time is ripe for the educated youth to come forward to shoulder the responsibility of
leadership in public life. Unfortunately, they shy away from politics. We have to change the
picture and look for a bigger picture. Passion for making a difference is important, but to
create a lasting impact we need more. Joining hands with the youths ( the biggest asset for
the nation ) all among the institutions and making them understand the bigger picture of the national politics is only a way I thinks, for strengthening the Democracy.
